TRANSLATION COMPETENCE AS COMPONENT OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF STUDENTS IN INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS

Background. The article considers and analyzes the main modern requirements for professional training of these students at level FSES 3++ needs labor market occupations corresponding to International Relations under social conditions.
 Purpose. purpose research is model process dealing with translation competence formation bachelor in Relations. scientific novelty study clarify foreign language communicative (IPCC) components.
 Materials methods. methods used are description (the specialized literature, its systematization interpretation) experimental identification stages implementation).
 Results. paper reveals concept components. undergraduate stage without thorough written skills not very productive. ways solve problem seen highlighting This implies underlining two levels: 1) basic – teaching translate educational texts on programs; 2) a course professionally oriented as part implementation additional education program “Translator field communication”.
 Practical implications. result practice taking into account levels.
